Arlt Wedding | Lighthouse Point Yacht Club | Lighthouse Point, FL

It was one of those spectacular summer days. Vibrant blue skies, a merry breeze, green palm trees dancing tenderly in it’s wake. This was Lauren and Mike’s wedding day. We arrived at one of the iconic locations of Lighthouse Point…the Yacht Club. Tucked away on the banks of a channel, surrounded by lush foliage, the view was one of luxurious boats and calm water.

As we entered the grand foyer a love story unfolded in front us in the form of photographs. It was Lauren & Mike’s journey to this very moment.

We went to the bride’s chambers, where we found her calmly sitting as she was being primped and dolled. She was surrounded by her greatest female companions all of which were doting on her every whim.

As everyone was corralled down to the ceremony location, Lauren watched and waited from her room’s windows. The serenity she exuded was of grace and beauty.

The groom emerges and saunters down the small aisle where he will patiently wait for the first moment he lays eyes on his bride.

A smile, and an all too knowing glance between father and daughter as they make their way to the altar.

Love creates a lighthouse inside our hearts, guiding us through the dark and stormy days; always glowing and never dimming.

We had such a fun time with the bridal party after the ceremony. We were able to use an array of beautiful locations around the yacht club. Lauren and Mike flirted and played amongst their friends, completely in the moment and absorbing every minute of their spectacular day.

Most grooms may not have been as willing to take off their shoes and socks to produce these adorable shots, but Mike never gave it a second thought. Anything for his gorgeous bride…

Underneath the stars in a cloud of lavender we floated into the reception.
