Hello Dear Collective. » intimate. bold. eclectic.

Tea for Two.

If you are lucky you have one; that sister who inevitably becomes your best friend. There are many books written about the relationship you have with your siblings, the ups and downs, the vicious cycle you get thrown in trying to decide which polar feeling you truly have for her. Speaking from experience, I remember growing up with my little sister. It was the best time. Every morning we would wake up and continue the game we had started many weeks before. She was always there.

Meet these two darling little girls. Keimelis [on the right], is the big sister. There always seems to be more responsibility placed on your shoulders. You must always look after your younger sister…she has yet to experience as much life as you have and it is your duty to make sure she doesn’t receive the bumps that you befell. Kiara is the younger sibling. She seems to have the carefree spirit that all baby sisters have. She looks up to her older sister in every way possible and strives to be just like her, for she is the greatest person she has ever met.

The imagination of these two truly captured your heart. We simply set up a table with a tea set and cupcakes, in the middle of a public park, and watched as they delved into this secret world where the only population was themselves. Those days are a fuzzy haze in the back of my mind now… I sometimes wish I could go back and throw myself into a world created solely by my imagination.

Sharing was commendably done by Keimelis and Kiara.

Sisterly love.

Of two sisters one is always the watcher, one the dancer. ~Louise Glück
